Interior designs, amenities, appliances, and cabinetry are customer-driven using the highest quality products with input from the individual villa owner. Sundance Ridge villas are custom designed for the best in island living.

Each villa site on Sundance Ridge is at least one-half acre in size. Villas have a minimum of 4400 square feet of living space including covered verandas.

Exterior colour schemes vary but will all blend in harmony with one another. Each villa includes a private pool and ample exterior verandas. Buyers can guide their architect (either local or international) to design the villa of their dreams as long as simple architectural guidelines, provided by the developer, are followed.
